What you will do
- Lead the development and implementation of data-driven strategies and monitor KPIs to support organizational goals.
- Drive process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Develop and lead the organization's overall quality improvement plan and coordinate program evaluation activities.
- Directly supervise the Finance and Systems Analyst and the Information and Privacy Coordinator.
- Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to advance strategic initiatives and provide training on analytics tools.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business analytics, process improvement, or related roles.
- Proficiency with statistical software (SPSS, SAS, R, Python) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Satisfactory criminal records check, including vulnerable sector screening, and full vaccination.
