What you will do
- Lead end-to-end execution of owned and sponsored events, including venue sourcing and on-site logistics.
- Manage brand identity across all event touchpoints and the distribution of branded materials.
- Execute B2B communications via newsletters, LinkedIn, and localized marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with commercial teams to produce high-impact sales materials and localized case studies.
- Manage the North Asia awards calendar and support local PR agencies with press releases.
- Localize global marketing content to ensure it is fit for purpose for the North Asia market.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of professional B2B marketing experience, ideally within AdTech, Media, or Digital Advertising.
- Proven track record in managing event logistics and complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Native/Fluent Mandarin and English (Spoken and Written).
- Proficiency in Excel (Pivot tables/VLOOKUP) and CRM/Marketing tools such as HubSpot or Splash.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Hong Kong or Taiwan office.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Traditional Chinese for HK/TW markets.
- Existing knowledge of the AdTech ecosystem in North Asia.
- Creative flair for developing innovative B2B campaigns.
