What you will do

• Transform complex consumer data and market research into actionable brand strategies and execution plans.
• Drive brand trial and awareness while monitoring consumption trends and brand salience.
• Develop localized advertising plans and manage creative and media agencies to deliver world-class output.
• Lead marketing campaigns for new product and packaging launches, coordinating with International HQ.
• Act as a strategic bridge between Trade and Marketing to ensure synergy on business initiatives.
• Manage the annual brand marketing budget and ensure financial alignment with P&L.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience in FMCG brand marketing.
• University degree or equivalent commercial education.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Strong analytical ability and commercial acumen to interpret financial statements and market trends.
• Proven track record of generating consumer insights and translating them into high-impact initiatives.
• Entrepreneurial "can-do" attitude and a deep passion for the brand.
