What you will do
- Lead the development and execution of brand strategies for Korean cosmetics, including positioning and new product launches.
- Build and maintain relationships with retail partners and distributors, negotiating terms and joint business plans.
- Own brand profitability by managing budgets, forecasting sales, and analyzing financial performance.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure brand initiatives align with overall business objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4+ years of proven experience in brand management or key account management within FMCG, cosmetics, or beauty industries.
- Strong commercial mindset with experience in P&L management and budget planning.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder management.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to operate in a dynamic startup environment with minimal supervision.
- Location: Must be based in Hong Kong for on-site work.
