What you will do

  • Lead the end-to-end execution, monitoring, and optimization of programmatic campaigns to meet KPIs and performance targets.
  • Partner with Sales and Account Management to develop data-driven media plans and audience strategies.
  • Manage technical implementations, including pixel setup, tracking, and MMP attribution integration (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust).
  • Utilize advanced trading strategies to enhance campaign efficiency, ROI, and cost performance.
  • Analyze campaign data to produce strategic reports and actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with global teams to execute cross-market and cross-border campaigns.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with programmatic platforms such as Google DV360, The Trade Desk (TTD), Yahoo DSP, Amazon Ads, and Microsoft DSP (Xandr).
  • Proven track record in verticals such as e-commerce, gaming, mobile apps, or DTC.
  • Solid analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and performance optimization.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for internal and external use.
  • Strong written and spoken English proficiency.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
