What you will do

• Lead high-tempo creative strategy for ad programs on Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon, and Display.
• Develop concepts, briefs, and directions for short-form videos that sell products and services.
• Analyze performance data to create ad concepts impacting thumb-stop rate, hold rate, and CTR.
• Brief and collaborate with Designers and Editors on statics, animations, videos, and storyboards; hands-on in Figma or Adobe tools as needed.
• Present creative work to clients and stakeholders with strategic rationale.
• Monitor ad performance and iterate creatives in collaboration with marketing teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years in creative strategy for performance ads, focused on short-form video and statics for Meta
• Digital portfolio with performance ad work showing impact on metrics like hold rate or CTR, including diverse creative formats.
• Hands-on skills: storyboard, edit ads, use Figma (Auto Layout, Components), Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Expertise in ad metrics (thumb-stop rate, 3-second hold, hook retention, CTR, CPA) to guide testing.
• Experience shipping AI-assisted ads using tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway.
• Excellent communication for client presentations and actionable feedback to designers.
