What you will do

• Plan, organize, and manage business analysis activities for IT-enabled projects within the Program Delivery office.
• Conduct business process discovery and gap analysis to document current and future state workflows.
• Develop comprehensive business requirements documents (BRD), solution requirements, and functional specifications.
• Lead working groups and prepare RFPs, including functional/non-functional requirements and scoring mechanisms.
• Collaborate with architects to design system integrations, data models, and data flow diagrams.
• Guide testing teams and validate results during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system acceptance phases.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of related experience, including at least 2 years of managerial experience.
• Experience implementing COTS systems such as Salesforce, Workday, MuleSoft, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Strong expertise in preparing RFPs and managing vendor procurement processes.
• Demonstrated commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.

Nice to have

• Degree in IT or Business Administration.
• Professional designations in PMP, Change Management, or Business Analysis.
• Experience working within a higher-education or public sector environment.
• Technical expertise in enterprise architecture and data migration.
