What you will do

• Design and manage multiple concurrent strategic projects with a focus on research objectives.
• Lead the project conception process, including defining scope, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Design and implement change management strategies and tactics throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align projects with the Faculty's strategic plan.
• Produce comprehensive project documentation including charters, schedules, budgets, and briefing notes.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum of five years of related project management experience.
• Project management-related certificate or designation is required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with diverse stakeholders using diplomacy and tact.
