What you will do
- Serve as the primary advisor and advocate for large enterprise clients from onboarding through to retention and expansion.
- Provide technical guidance and monitor performance metrics to identify and implement optimization opportunities.
- Create and maintain internal and client-facing resources, including guides, FAQs, and presentations.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and BI teams to relay client feedback and manage escalations.
- Monitor market and regulatory trends to provide proactive, context-aware advice to clients.
- Contribute to the development of Customer Success workflows and manage specific service functions.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Enterprise SaaS Customer Success.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, G Suite, and Looker.
- Basic ability to read code, specifically JavaScript and JSON.
- Exceptional ability to foster executive relationships and present complex insights to stakeholders.
- Must be based in the United Kingdom.
