What you will do
- Own core FP&A processes, including monthly close support, forecasting cycles, and annual planning.
- Drive company-wide financial planning to ensure resource allocation aligns with strategic priorities.
- Deliver executive and Board-level reporting, articulating business performance, trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Perform deep financial and KPI analysis to identify performance drivers and actionable insights.
- Leverage AI tools such as Claude and automation to streamline reporting and forecasting workflows.
- Build scalable FP&A infrastructure and serve as a strategic business partner to functional leaders.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in FP&A or strategic finance, ideally in high-growth consumer or marketplace environments.
- Strong financial modeling skills with the ability to connect operational drivers to financial outcomes.
- Proven experience leveraging AI tools and automation to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Ability to operate at both a strategic and tactical level, balancing big-picture perspective with granular detail.
- Excellent communication skills for translating complex financial data into clear insights for executives.
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
