What you will do

  • Own core FP&A processes, including monthly close support, forecasting cycles, and annual planning.
  • Drive company-wide financial planning to ensure resource allocation aligns with strategic priorities.
  • Deliver executive and Board-level reporting, articulating business performance, trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Perform deep financial and KPI analysis to identify performance drivers and actionable insights.
  • Leverage AI tools such as Claude and automation to streamline reporting and forecasting workflows.
  • Build scalable FP&A infrastructure and serve as a strategic business partner to functional leaders.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of experience in FP&A or strategic finance, ideally in high-growth consumer or marketplace environments.
  • Strong financial modeling skills with the ability to connect operational drivers to financial outcomes.
  • Proven experience leveraging AI tools and automation to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Ability to operate at both a strategic and tactical level, balancing big-picture perspective with granular detail.
  • Excellent communication skills for translating complex financial data into clear insights for executives.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
