TL;DR

Community Manager (Fintech/Fraud): Building and managing a curated network of fraud, identity, and risk leaders with an accent on recruiting members, designing events, and synthesizing insights into actionable themes. Focus on driving high engagement, fostering relationships, and leveraging community outputs for internal marketing, sales, product, and strategy decisions.

Location: Must be located in one of our location hubs: New York City, NY; Washington, DC; Seattle, WA; Miami, FL; San Francisco, CA.

Compensation: $140K - $160K

What you will do

  • Build the network by identifying, recruiting, and maintaining high-bar members.
  • Design and run in-person and virtual sessions to drive participation and repeat engagement.
  • Capture conversations and synthesize them into clear insights and takeaways.
  • Own the community platform, communications, and day-to-day operations.
  • Share insights across marketing, sales, product, and strategy teams to inform decisions.

Requirements

  • Located in New York City, NY; Washington, DC; Seattle, WA; Miami, FL; or San Francisco, CA.
  • Experience building or scaling communities, executive programs, or high-touch customer experiences.
  • Proactive, resourceful, with bias toward action and track record of execution.
  • Confident communicator comfortable engaging senior leaders.
  • Strong operator with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • 5–8 years in community, events, or customer-facing roles.

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, fintech, or fraud and risk.
  • Curious, energetic, great at connecting people and ideas.
