Salary: $115,000 - $125,000 a year

What you will do

• Execute data cleanse and validation strategies against legacy financial data
• Collaborate with technical resources, end users, and stakeholders to review and confirm data cleanse requirements and methodologies
• Develop briefings, white papers, and materials to communicate data cleanse activities, status, and issues
• Analyze, execute, and enhance data cleanse strategy for audit readiness and transition to target financial system
• Design and develop metrics, reports, and dashboards for data cleanse progress
• Perform analysis to identify additional data cleansing opportunities and resolve client issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 8+ years’ experience as a program analyst supporting system implementation and/or data cleanse/management efforts
• Strong understanding of federal financial reporting and accounting processes, including outstanding obligations, unliquidated obligations, and open financial system transactions
• Hands-on experience with Financial ERP systems, specifically CGI’s Federal Financial System (FFS) and Momentum
• Expert in Microsoft Excel (formulas, macros, filtering, pivot tables, graphs, charts)
• Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
