What you will do

• Lead a cross-functional team focused on provider onboarding, collaborating with marketing, sales, and finance.
• Support Tech Leads to ensure strong technical ownership and maintain high engineering standards.
• Partner with Product and Tech to align business goals with technical strategy and roadmap.
• Manage the full team lifecycle, including role definition, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Drive reliable delivery by setting goals, tracking progress, and removing blockers.
• Lead performance and career development through feedback, reviews, and coaching.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and operating production systems with ownership of complex services.
• Experience leading cross-functional product teams.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js, React, or TypeScript.
• Strong background in agile workflows (Scrum, Kanban, XP) and continuous delivery environments.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Must be based in or able to work in Vienna, Austria.
