What you will do

• Manage coastal projects through the entire lifecycle, from the proposal stage to planning, design, and construction.
• Lead multi-disciplinary project teams, collaborating with engineers, scientists, and managers.
• Conduct studies and analyses for the permitting and development of new and existing marine projects.
• Complete environmental impact assessments and implement coastal engineering solutions.
• Oversee project deadlines, budgets, and scope changes while maintaining client relationships.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior staff members.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in coastal permitting and engineering.
• Proven experience with State and Federal permitting for dredging projects and coastal infrastructure.
• Degree in a related scientific field; a Master's degree or a degree in Civil or Coastal Engineering is preferred.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Guilford, CT.
