What you will do

• Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, and QA/QC for marine and coastal projects.
• Provide support on multi-discipline design projects, analyzing critical design and permitting elements.
• Supervise, mentor staff, and allocate manpower.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, agencies, and internal teams, offering technical oversight.
• Develop new business and prepare project proposals.
• Serve as technical expert and participate in marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• BS or MS in civil, structural, geotechnical, environmental, or coastal engineering
• 8+ years of directly applicable marine and coastal experience
• Successful completion of fit for work testing including Drug & Alcohol testing

Nice to have

• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
