Project Engineering Manager (Water/Wastewater)

What you will do

• Lead multi-discipline teams of engineers and technicians on high-profile municipal projects.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality requirements across multiple disciplines.
• Prepare complex engineering calculations and deliverables for large-scale water and wastewater facilities.
• Interface with clients to identify interests, resolve concerns, and manage project changes.
• Supervise and mentor engineering staff, identifying developmental growth opportunities.
• Provide technical leadership to achieve project goals for carbon neutral solutions and advanced treatment facilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
• Active engineering registration or licensure to support Engineer of Record (EOR) requirements.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship available.

Nice to have

• Previous engineering consulting experience.
• Experience executing multi-discipline WTP and WWTP upgrades and expansion projects.
