What you will do

• Evaluate, design, and manage roofing and building envelope projects for commercial, industrial, and multi-family residential facilities.
• Conduct detailed roof inspections, investigations, condition assessments, and forensic evaluations.
• Oversee construction projects to ensure work meets bid packages, timelines, and industry standards.
• Develop repair or replacement bid packages and precise cost estimates.
• Provide expert guidance on roof, exterior wall, and waterproofing systems and materials to clients.
• Interface with clients and contractors throughout the project lifecycle to maintain and develop partnerships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in client services regarding roofing, waterproofing, and exterior wall consultation.
• Must be a U.S. Person (citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) due to ITAR export control requirements.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Physical ability to work from heights (ladders, scaffolding) and lift/carry up to 75 pounds.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe.

Nice to have

• Professional license in Engineering or Architecture.
• Recognized industry credentials such as RRC, RWC, or REWC.
