TL;DR

What you will do

  • Serve as dedicated point of contact for VIP and institutional customers across hirify.global products.
  • Provide prompt support via various channels and guide on system integration including API usage.
  • Act as first-line support for account and system issues.
  • Represent clients to internal teams like account, finance, risk, and products.
  • Collect feedback, manage projects for product changes, and deliver system updates.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years in client/trading desk support in financial services.
  • Solid understanding of trading platforms, orders, and execution processes.
  • Experience playing a client manager role supporting growth and business development.
  • Understanding of crypto derivative trading products.
  • Outstanding problem-solving under pressure and excellent cross-departmental communication.
  • Able to participate in on-call rotation.
  • Bilingual English/Mandarin mandatory.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on API trading experience.
  • Understanding of cryptocurrency concepts like blockchain transactions.
  • Knowledge of derivatives and other trading products like futures.
