What you will do

  • Collect pharmaceutical market price data across traditional insurance, direct-to-patient, and direct-to-employer models.
  • Analyze market pricing against contracted rates to identify variability and opportunities for improved value for client plans.
  • Partner with Analytics, Legal, and Network Management teams to scope pricing improvement initiatives.
  • Design and implement user-friendly pricing reporting integrated into operational workflows across the organization.
  • Monitor industry news and legal guidelines to help stakeholders understand and fulfill fiduciary responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 2+ years of data analytics experience specifically in pharmaceutical pricing, PBM, value-based care, or managed care environments.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Proficiency in SQL or Python for data analytics.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Data Science, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience with pharmacy reimbursement, rebate administration, and GPO relations.
  • Knowledge of health insurance or health benefits administration.
  • Ability to identify inefficiencies and develop automated long-term solutions.
