What you will do
- Respond to inbound calls from customers seeking personal auto and home insurance policies
- Educate customers on coverage, pricing, and policy details
- Prepare and bind quotes through 55+ carrier partners
- Problem-solve and handle objections to facilitate policy purchases
- Engage customers attentively with high energy to find best-fit policies
Requirements
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities
- Passion for helping others
- U.S. based (Tennessee locations listed)
- P&C license (company pays for it, expected within 2 weeks)
