What you will do
- Respond to inbound calls from existing customers
- Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles/drivers, lienholder info, and sending policy documents
- Answer questions on policy coverages, benefits, and make changes to existing policies
- Retain policyholders by finding solutions for customers at risk of cancellation
Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the US (implied by locations and benefits)
- 2+ years experience in call center environment
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities
- Passionate about helping others
