Location: Remote (Must be aligned with Pacific Time Zone)

Salary: $20 - $22 / hour

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and execute processes that provide key services to users.
• Prioritize multiple queues and manage daily workflow to ensure requests are resolved quickly.
• Resolve unique situations and improve workflows to account for new or uncommon issues.
• Troubleshoot process breakdowns to ensure a positive user experience.

Requirements

• Strong interest in personal finance and helping others manage their money.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities to identify issues and resolutions.
• Ability to efficiently balance multiple competing priorities.
• Work schedule: Tuesday - Saturday (9am-5:30pm PT).
