What you will do

• Develop and track project scopes, schedules, and budgets to ensure financial success and timely completion.
• Assemble and manage multidisciplinary project teams, aligning technical expertise with project objectives.
• Manage complex contract negotiations, change requests, and implement risk management strategies.
• Coordinate detailed technical reviews to ensure deliverables meet contract specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain strong client relationships to provide exceptional service and secure future work.
• Mentor team staff on project management best practices and support services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) or Landscape Architect.
• 8+ years of experience in site design and development.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Proven project management experience including scope, schedule, and budget control.
