Location: Hybrid in London (head offices in Paris, London, Montpellier)

Salary: £55,000 - £70,000

What you will do

  • Run RevOps as a product team: lead 2-week sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog management, and coordinate delivery with partners like Salesforce consultants.
  • Design and document scalable revenue processes (lead-to-cash, invoicing, renewals) and maintain knowledge base in Notion as the single source of truth.
  • Gather requirements from Sales, Finance, CS; translate into user stories and specs for SFDC admins; perform UAT and feedback iteration.
  • Leverage AI for internal automation (data cleaning, documentation) and champion AI adoption in GTM (call summarization, email drafting).
  • Evaluate tech stack for AI capabilities to reduce manual work and boost efficiency.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years in Revenue Operations, Product Management, or Business Systems Analysis in B2B SaaS
  • Deep Agile/Scrum expertise: running sprints, backlog management, Product Owner for internal tools
  • AI literacy: hands-on experience using Generative AI in professional workflows
  • Proven process architecture: mapping complex processes to technical requirements
  • Strong Salesforce understanding for writing detailed specs; Notion proficiency preferred
  • Excellent communication across business, tech, and product; remote collaboration attuned
