Salary: £45,000-£60,000 per annum

What you will do
- Serve as a technical subject-matter expert and lead integration calls with clients and partners.
- Lead onboarding and implementation for new clients ensuring seamless adoption.
- Provide technical insights, troubleshooting, and proactive support to clients.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to improve platform and client outcomes.
- Manage client projects, timelines, and maintain detailed records in Notion and HubSpot.
- Identify and implement process improvements for service efficiency.
Requirements
- Must have the right to work in the UK and be able to work hybrid with minimum 3 days in London Bridge office.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or equivalent with 5+ years in technical/product roles.
- Experience with CRM, project management tools (HubSpot, Notion, Slack, Google Workspace).
- Familiarity with third-party tools used by sports or event clients including AI and RFID/access control.
- Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with primary ticketing platforms, financial reporting, event building, and digital marketing.
- Experience in large-scale sports or touring events.
