What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategies to convert hospital accounts to the use of specialized medical products in a competitive market.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and lead negotiations with physicians, bio-medical engineers, and purchasing managers.
  • Collaborate with Distributors and OEM sales personnel to plan and execute regional sales strategies.
  • Manage sales forecasts, market trend reporting, and the activity expense budget.
  • Participate in hospital bid tenders and provide feedback on product design and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Medical Device Sales experience.
  • Proven track record of selling both disposable products and capital equipment to hospitals.
  • Direct selling experience in highly-competitive markets.
  • Experience engaging with physicians and hospital administrators.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or similar level of education.
  • Ability to maintain a heavy travel schedule.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Patient Monitoring systems.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead group presentations.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work with minimal direction.
