What you will do

• Design, build, and launch new multi-product features and reusable frontend components that are responsive and accessible
• Collaborate across disciplines to understand users and iterate on ideas
• Protect patient privacy and security through secure coding practices
• Research and advocate for improved techniques, processes, and designs
• Support apps in production

Requirements

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with focus on user-facing solutions
• 3+ years in a security-conscious environment
• Expertise in TypeScript, React, and Python
• Experience with software aiding decision-making via data visualization, analytics, or configurable workflows
• Extensive experience working with product managers to define requirements into incremental deliverables
• Experience project managing a small team using modern agile methodology
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent

Nice to have

• Former startup founder or first engineering hire at a startup
• Experience designing information-dense user interfaces
• Experience in health tech, particularly clinical software
• Experience with Kubernetes
