Salary: $99,200 - $148,800 annually

What you will do

• Provide application support for Radiation Oncology department systems.
• Assist with design, configuration, and builds for Radiation Oncology systems.
• Work closely with clinical stakeholders and operations staff to ensure systems support patient care, safety, and efficiency.
• Manage incident queues, from issue intake to resolution, change management, and user follow-up.
• Create and maintain system build documentation, decision logs, and end-user tipsheets.
• Execute testing and resolve defects, issues, and optimization requests for projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (advanced degree preferred)
• Five years of IT experience; 2-3 years hands-on as analyst in radiation oncology environment
• Experience with Elekta Mosaiq REQUIRED
• Experience with Varian Linear Accelerators REQUIRED
• Ability to be onsite minimum 3 days a week at Mount Sinai South Nassau locations
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Varian Eclipse Treatment Planning system.
• Experience supporting multiple facilities.
• Experience with Epic Beacon/Oncology modules.
• Experience with HL7 interface design, build, and configuration.
