What you will do

• Diagnose and resolve IT issues to optimize EpicCare Ambulatory system functionality and performance.
• Implement and test system updates for basic workflows, ensuring reliability in clinical environments.
• Manage user security settings and access control under senior guidance to uphold data integrity.
• Coordinate project deliverables, schedules, and milestones while acting as a contact for stakeholders.
• Deliver classroom, one-on-one, and remediation training to support end-users' system proficiency.
• Contribute to the development of training curricula aligned with organizational workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, OR two years of relevant experience.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Morgantown, West Virginia.
• Ability to complete required certifications within 90 days following formal training.
• Proficiency in systems administration and providing insights to improve business operations.
• Understanding of healthcare interoperability standards including HL7, FHIR, and DICOM.

Nice to have

• Proven proficiency with EpicCare Ambulatory modules.
• Experience working in inpatient and outpatient clinical settings.
• Knowledge of cloud-based healthcare applications and secure web services.
• Experience with data reporting tools and comprehensive data analysis.
