$110,000 - $120,000 a year

What you will do
- Monitor, document, and assign Payer EDI production issue notifications, summarizing details in tracking systems.
- Create and manage technical support tickets in VA platforms like ServiceNow with all required artifacts.
- Conduct data analysis, root cause research using SQL queries, AWS, and VA systems to troubleshoot issues and reporting discrepancies.
- Track ticket progress, follow up with OIT, vendors, and stakeholders for remediation, and update trackers accordingly.
- Review and verify X12 transaction mappings and update Standard Operating Procedures as needed.
- Serve as liaison between VA EDI leadership, OIT teams, and business stakeholders to escalate blockers and confirm resolutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8+ years of professional experience; minimum 4 years in EDI operations, healthcare technology troubleshooting, or Agile practices
- Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance
- Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience in Agile environments
Nice to have
- Certification in EDI standards or Agile practices
- Knowledge of VA or similar healthcare payer systems
