What you will do

• Diagnose and resolve IT issues to maintain and optimize clinical system functionality.
• Implement and test system updates for basic workflows and support optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements and ensure technical solutions align with objectives.
• Coordinate project milestones, schedules, and documentation while facilitating team communication.
• Deliver classroom, one-on-one, and remediation training to support end-users.
• Manage user security settings and assist with data import/export and basic reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, OR two years of relevant experience.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Morgantown, West Virginia.
• Foundational experience in analyzing business needs and documenting functional specifications.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail for system testing.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for conveying technical information.

Nice to have

• Experience with healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, or DICOM.
• Knowledge of cloud-based healthcare applications and web services.
• Experience working in inpatient and outpatient clinical settings.
• Proficiency with data reporting tools for delivering actionable insights.
