What you will do

• Assist in diagnosing and resolving IT issues for EpicCare Ambulatory modules to maintain system functionality.
• Support system modifications, testing, and implementation of basic workflows.
• Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements and align technical solutions with objectives.
• Help define project scope, schedules, and milestones while maintaining detailed project documentation.
• Deliver classroom and one-on-one end-user training to support system proficiency.
• Manage user security settings and assist with data import/export and basic reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or 2 years of relevant experience).
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Morgantown, West Virginia.
• Proven EpicCare Ambulatory proficiency.
• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, and DICOM.
• Foundational experience in analyzing business needs and documenting functional specifications.

Nice to have

• Experience working in inpatient and outpatient clinical settings.
• Knowledge of cloud-based healthcare applications and web services.
• Proficiency in reporting tools for comprehensive data analysis.
