TL;DR

Chief Commercial Officer (AdTech): Ensure scalability and stable revenue growth through attraction, development, and retention of advertisers with an accent on team building, sales management, and demand-driven strategy. Focus on optimizing end-to-end sales funnels, monitoring key metrics like LTV and ARPU, and synchronizing with product and marketing teams.

Location: Remote from any part of the world. Remote / Hybrid / Office formats available. Modern offices in Prague and Warsaw.

What you will do

  • Hire and develop key employees, build scalable commercial structure, set KPIs and incentive systems, conduct performance reviews.
  • Manage full advertiser lifecycle including sales, launch, account management, scaling, retention, and reactivation; monitor and grow key metrics like new revenue, LTV, ARPU, churn.
  • Develop and implement demand-driven strategy, define priority GEOs, verticals, segments, find new growth points and scale spend.
  • Build and optimize end-to-end sales funnel, monitor CRM/pipeline, conversions, sales cycle; set up inter-department collaboration processes.
  • Synchronize with Traffic, CPA, RTB, Product, and Marketing teams; develop product requirements from demand side.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in commerce.
  • Experience building demand/sales units.
  • Proven experience in revenue management ($5-$10 million).
  • Deep understanding of direct demand/supply, RTB/programmatic.
  • Team management (30+ people).
  • Implementation of KPIs and incentive systems; sales and negotiations skills.
