What you will do

• Provide hydrogeological technical input across projects, including data analysis and report writing.
• Design and implement groundwater programs for contaminant transport, impacts assessments, and remedial planning.
• Integrate groundwater data into geochemical and water balance models; develop conceptual and numerical models (MODFLOW, FEFLOW).
• Perform fieldwork: groundwater sampling, borehole drilling supervision, monitoring well installation, testing (hydraulic conductivity, tracer, pumping, packer).
• Support design of groundwater treatment systems and multidisciplinary project goals.
• Monitor environmental health, worker safety, and handle factual/interpretive reporting.

Requirements

• Post-graduate degree in Geoscience or Engineering focused on Hydrogeology or related field.
• P.Geo or P.Eng designation, or ability to obtain within 1 year.
• 5+ years related experience in consulting or mining, with hydrogeologic data collection/analysis.
• Familiarity with British Columbia and Yukon legislation on mine permitting, contaminated sites, groundwater.
• Willingness to travel and participate in field programs in remote locations throughout BC and Yukon.
• Excellent communication, technical report-writing, and Microsoft Office skills.
