Salary: $131,385 - $164,100 annually

What you will do

• Independently manage varied geomatics projects, defining scope, schedules, and deliverables while planning execution.
• Coordinate with managers to secure resources and proactively plan activities and documentation for project teams.
• Prepare project proposals based on client needs, background information, and site inspections.
• Monitor survey performance, develop and maintain client relationships, and support business development efforts.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders and make recommendations for improvements.
• Train and mentor technical staff on professional development.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of progressive survey experience, including 5-8 years managing mid to complex legal survey projects.
• BC Land Surveyor commission in good standing with ABCLS.
• Degree or Diploma in Geomatics Engineering Technology.
• Strong knowledge of surveying techniques, practices, equipment, software, and safety requirements.
• Strong understanding of project management, resource planning, budgeting, leadership, communication, and teamwork.
• Ability to write strong proposals and proven business development skills; valid Driver’s License for site visits.
