Salary: $220,000 to $280,000

What you will do

• Architect scalable end-to-end ML infrastructure, transitioning experimental models into production services.
• Design and deploy low-latency services for real-time model inferences powering dynamic oddsmaking, risk analysis, and deposit defaults.
• Build scalable data pipelines, logging, and centralized feature stores for complex models across business domains.
• Lead MLOps practices including model deployment, monitoring, CI/CD, automated retraining, and observability for data drift.

Requirements

• 7+ years in Machine Learning Engineering or Backend Engineering with production ML models in high-traffic environments.
• 3+ years technical leadership driving architecture for consumer apps or scalable platforms.
• Proficiency in streaming architectures (Kafka/Flink/PubSub) and low-latency services (<100ms inference).
• Deep MLOps experience (MLFlow, Kubeflow, Databricks, SageMaker) across full ML lifecycle.
• Expert in Python and SQL; cloud-native with GCP (BigQuery, GKE, Vertex AI) or AWS.

Nice to have

• Reinforcement learning or probabilistic models for pricing, risk, or fraud.
• Background in DFS, oddsmaking, or high-frequency trading.
• Experience scaling feature stores bridging batch and real-time data.
