What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of live health system customers, acting as a trusted advisor to CFOs, IT managers, and clinical specialists.
  • Lead the transition of customers from Sales through implementation and go-live.
  • Monitor client performance and report financial impact to executives to drive renewals and product expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and advocate for product enhancements based on user feedback.
  • Contribute to the development of CS playbooks, onboarding processes, and implementation templates.
  • Extract actionable insights by analyzing customer needs, revenue cycle operations, and healthcare data.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in customer success or account management with hospital or health system clients.
  • Hospital revenue cycle experience is essential.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Strong capability in troubleshooting and taking radical ownership of problem resolution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle difficult customer conversations.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous roles and apply critical thinking to resolve complex challenges.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience at a startup, especially as an early member of a CS team.
  • Experience using Jira for task and issue management.
  • Strong experience with data analytics.
