hirify.global is a Series D healthcare technology company building a new mental healthcare system to make therapy more accessible by automating insurance and provider administration.

What you will do

  • Serve as a regulatory thought partner to Clinical and Operations teams, providing guidance on clinical practice and telehealth modalities.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to integrate regulatory requirements into innovative technology products.
  • Partner with Compliance on policy development, audit response, and remediation strategies.
  • Translate complex healthcare regulations into practical guidance and tools for non-legal stakeholders.
  • Anticipate regulatory challenges and proactively develop solutions that enable business objectives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of post-bar legal experience with significant healthcare regulatory expertise.
  • Expertise in health technology, Corporate Practice of Medicine (CPOM), and behavioral health clinical practice.
  • Deep understanding of multi-state healthcare and telehealth regulations.
  • JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing.
  • Ability to register as NY in-house counsel required.
  • Must be based in the United States.
