What you will do

• Develop marketing tactics and content plans to promote ExpertCare Service messaging and positioning.
• Manage project flow for marketing activities including regional customization and translations.
• Partner with global team to create and execute marketing strategy for EMEA-LATAM Service Business Partners.
• Collaborate with regional teams on trade shows, congresses, symposia, and workshops.
• Execute targeted digital marketing including social media, email campaigns, newsletters, and reporting/analysis.
• Drive customer lifecycle communication, marketing automation, and build reference cases/testimonials.
• Act as brand guardian ensuring consistent messaging across the region.

Requirements

• Fluency in written and spoken English essential (one other European language a plus).
• Demonstrated experience developing marketing plans including digital programs, video production, and lead nurturing.
• Exceptional written/communication skills and attention to detail.
• Creative mindset and team player with strong relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in business (Marketing preferred) and/or 5+ years Marketing experience.
• Experience collaborating with digital and design teams.
