What you will do

• Lead cybersecurity programs from scoping to delivery, including gap and risk assessments against frameworks.
• Manage a small team of Security Analysts to implement security measures and meet deadlines.
• Build and enhance client information security programs and strategies.
• Achieve and maintain compliance for frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI; manage external audits.
• Handle project management, track progress, enforce SLAs, and improve customer retention.
• Travel up to 2 weeks per year if needed.

Requirements

• 4+ years in cybersecurity and GRC
• 2+ years of program management
• Demonstrated ability in fast-paced, multi-program environments with changing priorities
• Experience managing waterfall, hybrid, and agile delivery teams
• Strong leadership, influence, problem anticipation, and troubleshooting skills
• Understanding of cloud architecture and modern cloud systems
• Project management, people management, and delegation skills

Nice to have

• CISSP, CISM, CRISC cybersecurity certifications
• PMP project management certification
