What you will do

• Set vision and develop CATF’s pan-European strategy in partnership with executive team, aligning with global goals.
• Lead regional fundraising, cultivating donor relationships and securing funding.
• Represent the region internally, advocating for priorities and collaborating with senior leadership.
• Build and empower high-performing team of policy experts and consultants.
• Oversee collaboration with governments, industry, and civil society to advance innovation-forward climate solutions.
• Engage at highest levels with governments, industry leaders, funders, and media.

Requirements

• 10+ years in senior management or leadership roles with deep knowledge of European energy/climate policy and private sector dynamics.
• Proven track record engaging high-level stakeholders including government officials, industry executives, and multilateral organizations across Europe and internationally.
• 6+ years leading cross-cultural, geographically dispersed teams; experience in mission-driven environments.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus.
