What you will do

• Lead and mentor the East Region Product Experience team, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous innovation.
• Oversee the end-to-end execution of product design projects, coordinating between onshore and offshore teams.
• Serve as an AI Ambassador, integrating GenAI tooling, prompt-based design, and methodologies into client solutions.
• Partner with growth teams to build client relationships and expand the pipeline of digital product experience design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Creative, Strategy, and Engineering to align product development with client goals.
• Develop clear success metrics for product experience initiatives and internal innovation programs.

Requirements

• Proven track record of leading the design and launch of successful digital products or platforms.
• Demonstrated expertise in GenAI tooling, prompt-based design, and design-to-code experimentation.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design, UX research, and product development lifecycles.
• Proficiency in design systems and Enterprise Product Delivery models such as Agile, SAFe, or Scrum.
• Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing and scaling multidisciplinary teams.
• Must be based in New York City to serve as a leader for the local office.
