What you will do

• Independently lead end-to-end implementations owning scope, timeline, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Engage clients and stakeholders at executive levels for alignment, status updates, and escalation management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (product, engineering, operations) to drive accountability and execution.
• Develop project structure, governance, plans, and documentation for new products or clients.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers; proactively resolve through influence and escalation.
• Manage multiple projects using tools and metrics to track health and progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• 8+ years in project/implementation management in complex matrixed environments
• 2–4 years leading cross-functional, multi-stakeholder initiatives
• PMP certification required
• Direct experience in behavioral health technology implementations or clinical/operational settings
• Proven success in client-facing, executive-visible projects and new product deployments
• Hands-on with healthcare software/hardware and customer-facing roles
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation skills; strong organization and multitasking
• Ability to work effectively in remote-first environment
• Ability to travel periodically or frequently

Nice to have

• Familiarity with government RFP processes
• Experience with AI tools for workflows (e.g., ChatGPT, CoPilot)
