What you will do

• Build and maintain high-level project plans with defined milestones and deadlines to ensure on-schedule delivery.
• Facilitate daily scrums in a continuous flow model, ensuring blockers are surfaced and resolved promptly.
• Own the end-to-end release process, including readiness checklists, deployment meetings with DevOps partners, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate daily execution across Engineering, QA, Product, and Finance teams.
• Optimize operational workflows by reducing friction and exploring AI-enabled automation for repetitive tasks.
• Manage project tracking tools and ensure accurate time tracking to support financial reporting and compliance.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• 5+ years of project management experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
• Strong familiarity with release management processes, including QA gating and deployment coordination.
• Experience with project tracking tools; Jira and Tempo experience is a plus.
• Willingness to be available for off-hours and nighttime releases and escalation support.
• Clear written communication skills and the ability to hold external partners accountable.
