What you will do

• Build and scale mission-critical applications using Kotlin/Spring Boot backend and JavaScript/HTML frontend.
• Design real-time data pipelines and streaming applications with Apache Kafka.
• Architect MySQL schemas, optimize complex queries, and ensure data integrity.
• Implement and maintain RESTful APIs for internal and external integrations.
• Own the full development lifecycle from concept to deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate with Product team to translate healthcare workflows into software.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years professional experience in Java or similar object-oriented development.
• Relational database design and querying with SQL and ORM.
• Experience with AWS or other public cloud environments.
• Strong commitment to automated testing across the stack.
• Comfort using AI-supported tools to improve workflows.
• Ability to thrive in remote-first environment with high-quality virtual interactions and periodic travel.
