What you will do

• Understand user workflows and pain points, produce, test, and iterate on high-quality designs
• Partner with product, engineering, marketing, and strategy teams to define product experiences for new features
• Prototype user experiences for research testing and internal communication
• Collaborate across teams to craft seamless dashboard experiences
• Conduct UXR to validate design decisions
• Work with design systems teams to leverage and improve components

Requirements

• 6+ years relevant design experience at a product-driven tech company
• Strong craft demonstrated through portfolio
• Skills in high-fidelity prototyping using latest AI tools
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills via design deliverables, videos, and artifacts
