Analyst/Associate (Asset & Wealth Management)

What you will do

• Execute Fund of Funds trades across domestic and offshore fund structures.
• Manage foreign exchange transactions and JPY hedging strategies.
• Oversee intra-fund liquidity using short-term money market instruments.
• Design and implement solutions to enhance execution capabilities in collaboration with technology and operations teams.
• Partner with cross-functional business teams on new fund launches and strategic business initiatives.

Requirements

• Proficiency in both Japanese and English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with internal stakeholders and external brokers.
• Ability to understand and apply complex global regulatory frameworks and internal guidelines.
• Commitment to a minimum tenure of 3.5 years within the team.
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of mutual funds and/or alternative investment products.
• 2–3 years of experience in FX trading, money market operations, or Fund of Funds portfolio management.
