What you will do

• Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Ops, and Clinical teams to define metrics, guardrails, and decision rules.
• Design and analyze A/B tests and quasi-experiments with hypotheses, power analysis, and success criteria.
• Perform funnel, cohort, segmentation, and lifecycle analysis to connect user behavior to product strategy.
• Apply causal inference methods like diff-in-diff, matching, and regression when experiments are not feasible.
• Develop and deploy predictive models with feature engineering, validation, backtesting, and monitoring.
• Produce crisp analyses and narratives that drive actionable decisions.
• Contribute to standards for metrics, experimentation, and analytical quality.

Requirements

• 6+ years using data to drive product or business decisions.
• Strong SQL and proficiency in Python or R for analysis and modeling.
• Depth in experimentation and causal inference; Bayesian experimentation preferred.
• Practical modeling skills: feature engineering, model comparison, cross-validation, calibration, monitoring.
• Strong product sense with track record of linking analytics to outcomes.
• Clear communication of complex ideas to non-technical audiences.
• Motivation for improving mental healthcare access.
