What you will do

• Lead clinical quality strategy and develop safety, efficiency, and effectiveness protocols.
• Build and scale Professional Practice Evaluation programs for a network of NPs and MDs/DOs.
• Conduct routine chart reviews, provide clinician feedback, and create remediation plans.
• Collaborate with Operations to develop automated quality monitoring systems.
• Supervise clinical teams and peer reviewers to expand clinical oversight capabilities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to create scalable provider feedback systems.

Requirements

• Licensed Psychiatric Mental-Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
• 6+ years of post-graduate experience in clinical practice and fast-paced business environments.
• Extensive experience in healthcare quality chart reviews and audits.
• Experience supervising clinicians or large provider teams.
• Must be based in the US (as evidenced by E-Verify and US healthcare requirements).
