Clinical Program Pharmacist

TL;DR

Clinical Program Pharmacist (Healthcare AI): Develop and maintain clinical programs and content for a SaaS platform optimizing medication management with an accent on intervention strategies, quality measures, and personalized care plans. Focus on reviewing clinical guidelines, writing recommendations, performing quality assurance, and collaborating with engineering, product, and clinical teams to improve algorithms and protocols.

Location: Remote (United States of America). Must live in and be eligible to work in the United States. Required to attend on-site meetings multiple times per year.

Salary: $135,000-140,000/year

What you will do

• Respond to questions from providers, users, and leadership as the platform subject matter expert
• Triage bugs for urgency and priority
• Improve clinical algorithms, protocols, programs, and guidelines
• Develop intervention strategies to optimize medication utilization and achieve quality measures
• Orient new users and customers to the hirify.global Platform and assist in demonstrations
• Review and evaluate clinical guidelines, write recommendations, and perform quality assurance on deliverables

Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited college/university
• Licensed by a Board of Pharmacy and in good standing
• Completion of a PGY-1 residency, or equivalent experience
• Board certified in a relevant area
• Knowledge of chronic disease states (diabetes, heart failure, COPD, etc.) and drug interactions
• Understanding of CMS, PQA, HEDIS measures and regulatory requirements
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team

Nice to have

• Experience with pharmacy technology, EHR systems, and claims data
• Experience with quality measures (CMS, PQA, HEDIS)
• Experience with HTML, JSON, or FHIR
• Project management skills
